Position Area Executive ( Service )

Base Location - Kolkata

Tentative Age – Years, maximum 35.

Min Qualification – HS with ITI degree is welcome but not mandatory.

Languages to be knowing – Bengali and Hindi are mandatory.

Relevant Experience – Min 5 Years plus experience in Handson Service work and management of Spares etc in Bathware organisations. Relevant companies are Jaquar / Essco / Cera / Parryware / Hindware / Kohler / Grohe / Bathspace ( Asian Paints Bathware / Astral Bath ware etc.

Mobility – There will be days tour in a month in East Zone and in Kolkata as his base station, have and running Two Wheeler is desired.

JD :

  1. He would take care of total Service and Spares responsibility of West Bengal. Primarily with added time bound responsibility of East Zone too. Beginning will be from Kolkata then slowly areas will be added.
  2. He should be in a position to give Faucet and Sanitaryware real time service support also at the sites and should be having own hands service experience properly.
  3. Good Technical knowledge of entire Bathware ( Faucets and Sanitaryware ) and Spare Parts so that can indent the spares accordingly .
  4. Should be in a position to give proper Product training to team and staffs of channel partners in both Bengali and Hindi.
  5. He would have total responsibility of product display installation at counters.
  6. He should have team guidance skill at later stage.
  7. He should be able to interact with plumbers and have plumbers meet independently or with TSMs.
  8. Basic Laptop working knowledge for report making, emails etc.
