Job Overview Invest Mango is seeking an experienced Sales Head for its Real Estate division. This senior-level position is for a full-time role located in Gurgaon, Noida, and Pune. The ideal candidate will possess between 7 to 10 years of work experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved through strategic planning and effective execution. The candidate should have knowledge of the Residential Luxury Segment. Qualifications and Skills Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding targets. Proficiency in using Real Estate CRM software for managing client relationships and maintaining robust sales pipelines. Strong skills in lead generation with the ability to identify, engage, and convert potential clients effectively. Excellent negotiation techniques to handle high-value transactions and secure the most favorable deals for the company. Competence in market analysis for identifying emerging trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness. Familiarity with property management software to oversee property portfolios and ensure seamless management of assets. Experience in sales strategy development to formulate and implement plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Understanding of luxury sales to cater to the premium segment and deliver a high-end client experience. Roles and Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at capturing market share in the real estate industry. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to inform business decisions and sales approaches. Oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed promptly. Coordinate with the marketing department to plan initiatives that boost sales performance and brand visibility.
