The company focuses on promoting large residential townships in various areas of the city, all of which have been highly successful. Currently, we have multiple residential projects valued at about INR 4000 Crore and plan to expand further in the next few months.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Construction at Modi Builders in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including negotiating new projects, managing existing projects, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation skills- Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Experience in real estate or construction sales- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
