Job Title: Head of Marketing

 

Job Description:

The Head of Marketing shall be responsible for leading and driving the overall marketing efforts at Zenatix (a Schneider Electric Company). The primary responsibilities shall cover preparing the marketing strategy for the year, leading the team, ensuring meeting of their goals, crafting campaigns and strategies for lead generation, customer engagement and Zenatix branding.


Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion

Develop databases and leverage outbound marketing emails, events and webinars

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives

Content Marketing:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets (social media, Website management, SEO management)

  • Conceptualize and develop the marketing collaterals like pitch decks, case studies, brochures for multiple platforms

Brand Development:

Drive brand awareness and positioning in the market, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.

Develop and oversee the implementation of brand-building initiatives.

Campaign & Event Management:

Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution and analysis.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI

Organize different internal and external events for the company. Maintain a repository for external events where Zenatix can participate and demo solution

Marketing Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.

Ensure cost-effective use of marketing channels and tactics.

Team Management:

Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve and exceed targets through effective coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning to drive exceptional results.

Key Requirements:

 

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing functions
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a must.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing tools
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in or be willing to manage more than one project at a time, and manage multiple stake holders
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
