Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts in the consumer durables industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and online advertising.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, implementing best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head or similar role in the consumer durables industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA or relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
