We are on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, build our brand presence, and drive growth globally.


Position Overview:


As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing activities, working closely with leadership and other departments to drive global customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You will lead a cross-functional team and manage a diverse mix of marketing channels, including performance marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Driffle's business goals and growth targets.
  • Lead the marketing team across various disciplines (performance, content, social, CRM, and partnerships).
  • Drive customer acquisition through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and paid advertising channels (PPC, SEM, social media).
  • Optimize retention strategies using email marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs.
  • Enhance Driffle's brand identity by spearheading branding initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven performance across all campaigns and channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners including agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Oversee branding efforts to strengthen Driffle's position as a top marketplace in the gaming and digital goods space.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience in executing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive online marketplace.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
