We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our brand.


Position Overview:

As the Head of Marketing at iQuanta, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with iQuanta's business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, branding, advertising, and public relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
