We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various types of loans (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.) to prospective customers, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote loan products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Explain loan procedures, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and terms & conditions clearly.
  • Collect required documents and assist customers with the loan application process.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through personal network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing of loans.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
  • Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
