Job Title: Business Loan Sales Executive
Location: Kandivali
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Loan Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for business loan products. You will be responsible for generating leads, assessing customer eligibility, and closing loan deals to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for business loan products (term loans, working capital loans, SME loans, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end loan sales process – lead generation, customer meetings, documentation, and loan disbursement.
- Understand clients' business models, cash flows, and funding needs to recommend suitable loan products.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
- Conduct field visits and cold calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of business loans, SME lending, and financial products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proven sales record
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in SME or business lending
- Familiarity with financial documents (bank statements, ITRs, GST filings, etc.)
- Knowledge of NBFC/bank lending processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
