**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for different loan products.
- Explain loan schemes, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to field/sales teams.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM/records.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve monthly targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (finance domain preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven with ability to handle rejections positively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
