Job Title: Talent Development Head

Department: Human Capital Management

Reporting - CHRO


Purpose of Job:

-As a support system to stake holders in enabling them to better execute their duties by --sharpening their skills and knowledge

-Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

-Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

-Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

-Leverage multi-channel technology solutions to deliver training and communication to the organization


Job Responsibilities:

-Identify the best method for delivery of training programs – in person, train the trainer, videos, online, in-app solutions etc.

-Work with technology team to develop and deliver best in class technical solution that meets the needs

-Develop a multi-lingual employee engagement program/retention program

Assess areas of improvement that are leading to attrition

-Develop strategies and programs to attract and retain talent in the organization

Team Management and Collaboration

-Manage head office and field office resources to deliver the goals of the department

-Collaborate with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments

-Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized outsourced programs

-Deliver team performance within budget


Qualifications:

Work Experience : Minimum 10 to 15years experience


Other Requirements:


-Develop a Career Development Program for the Company

-Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

-Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations

-Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

-Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

-Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.

-Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

-Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

-Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

-Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

-Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills

-Very Good in Excel, PPT & Data Analysis

-Good Communication
