Role Description

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring. They will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent for executive positions.


We are looking for – Talent Acquisition Specialist


We are looking for a TA Specialist who is very adept in understanding and scoping mandates, and be capable of presenting the firm on all client calls in terms of services being rendered and also in terms of relevance to that particular client industry vertical and requirement. This requires a lot of industry familiarity and market trends.

Ø Be extremely sharp and agile in responding to client requirements for hiring by understand the market trends in that space and articulating the same with the clients very deftly

Ø Should be an expert in sourcing, preparing long list, market trends, Head Hunting, Mapping, building CXO for Internal database and staying abreast in all CXO movements

Ø Should be thoroughly sharp and competent to evaluate candidature of prospective candidates by through screening and scrutinizing resumes & over tele/video calls. Pre-screening the candidates with detailed telecon, evaluating candidates' compatibility with specific job requirements and also ensure cultural fitment. Should be capable of handling all communication with the candidates in terms of salary, negotiation, Job profile and various other aspects in great detail.

Ø Should be fully comfortable in managing end to end recruitment process as a Recruiter and be familiar with the entire end to end process of talent acquisition within the stipulated time frame.


Technical Skills

Ø In terms of technology exposure and should have good expertise in handling niche requirements especially in IT, Digital Technologies, AI/ML, Cloud Technologies, R&D, Analytics, Telecom, Embedded, IT Sales, Devops, Application Development, Maintenance and Data related,

Ø Experience in hiring for pure technical skills such as: Java, .Net, Node, Angular, Full Stack, UI/UX, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, SASS, React JS, Sql Server, Phyton, PHP, Cloud based (AWS, Azure), BI, Data Science, Web Applications, Agile, Scrum, Big data, Ruby, Infrastructure, etc.,

Ø Be adept in using tools such as Naukri.com, Monster.com, and other such portals and also through social media Networking ().

Ø Should be able to operate with ease in using · ATS - · Job boards - Naukri, Indeed, , Monster · Candidate Engagement and Pipeline Management · Microsoft Excel · Recruitment Strategies · Active Listening · Quick Learner · Proofreading and Editing · Presentation Skills · Time Management

Ø Involved in the Process of handling recruitment including Screening of applicant to selection of the applicant through telephonic conversation, to judge their communication skills, attitude, qualifications, professional skills & Identification of potential Candidates.

Ø Recruiting all the levels like Junior, Middle and Senior level candidates.
