Net2Source is looking for a dynamic personality who can bring value on the table. We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Specialist. Someone with flamboyant personality and an excellent communicator who can maintain and upscale our brand name through campus recruitment.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs. working on forecasting of recruitment for fresher our various offices.- Should take care of the campus branding process.- Making sure maximum number of campus hires are delivered. creating or using technology-based help in order to efficient work and to reduce the workload.- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.- Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.- Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.- Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.

Eligibility -

- 8+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting and be well-acquainted with the latest tools and technologies used for candidate assessment.- Strong network of colleges across India, especially in the North and West region.- Recent 3+ years of experience hiring graduates for International Voice Process and ITES.
