They are able to execute all aspects of the function autonomously and to provide coaching and training to Talent Acquisition Specialists & Sourcing Specialists on the day to day recruitment tasks. The Senior TAS has a key role in the sharing recruitment skills in the onboarding of the TAS workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will: Liaise with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Employer Brand and TA Senior Leadership Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle Use creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, supporting a Talent Community that is skill aligned against company growth plans. Conduct role/industry market intelligence and candidate/competitor analysis, utilising available tools, to share with business stakeholders Expertise: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in UK recruitment. - Extensive experience in hiring for the Digital technology sector is highly desirable. - Demonstrated success in recruiting for UK and Europe and navigating cross-cultural hiring challenges. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
