We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to serve as our primary connection with universities and assist in the recruitment of students and recent graduates. Responsibilities of the Campus Recruiter include participating in college career days, creating impactful internship programs, and assessing candidates for junior positions. To excel in this role, you must have experience utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, such as social recruiting, and possess exceptional relationship-building abilities. Ultimately, your objective will be to attract and onboard talented individuals, fostering a positive employer brand within college communities. As the Campus Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring promising talent, ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise, providing a platform for our organization to showcase its opportunities and values.
  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer brand, highlighting the benefits of working with VONE India Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships, ensuring we identify the best candidates for our organization.
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including the number of candidates interviewed and hired, to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities, leveraging our network to reach a wider audience.
  • Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs, fostering partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Design and place print ads on college campuses, creating visually appealing materials that showcase our brand and opportunities.
  • Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups, utilizing our online presence to attract top talent.
  • Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs, ensuring our recruitment strategies align with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions, establishing a strong network of partners that support our recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus, demonstrating your ability to attract and engage with young professionals.
  • Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews, to assess the skills and fit of potential candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with social media sourcing, leveraging online platforms to reach a wider audience and attract top talent.
  • Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Good networking abilities, with a strong network of contacts in the education and recruitment sectors.
  • BSc degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field, demonstrating your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
