Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and staff.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area to meet clients and support teams.
