Role Overview:

The Sales Head Booking will be responsible for driving the primary sales function for ultra-luxury real estate projects, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional client experiences to HNI and UHNI customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-ticket sales, team leadership, and luxury market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed booking targets for assigned projects through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Engage with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and corporate buyers to understand needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance, ensuring adherence to service standards and sales processes.
  • Plan and implement luxury-focused sales events, roadshows, and marketing collaborations to drive bookings.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Track sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and prepare periodic performance and MIS reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or luxury automotive sales.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage HNI/UHNI relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High professional grooming and client-handling finesse.
