Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Sales & Marketing to lead our sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling capital equipment to the HORECA segment, corporate clients, and institutional buyers, preferably in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, or allied industries. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and the ability to expand dealer/distributor networks while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets, customers, and distribution channels across India.
- HORECA & Corporate Focus: Drive sales to hotels, restaurants, caterers, resorts, corporate offices, and other institutional buyers.
- Dealer & Distributor Management: Build, train, and manage a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1215 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, or capital goods.
- Proven track record of selling to the HORECA segment and corporate customers.
- Strong dealer/distributor network management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
