Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients (1,000–200,000+ employees)
  • Deliver ILT/VLT training projects (500–2000 man-days) across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, Programming, and more
  • Conduct demos, qualify prospects, and maintain pipeline in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Consistently achieve 6–30+ new client acquisitions annually
  • Meet aggressive sales targets and timelines

Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years overall experience with 5+ years in B2B IT training sales
  • Strong IT learning market knowledge
  • Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition & training delivery
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • B2C experience will not be considered
  • Strong LinkedIn network (5,000+ connections is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per month
