Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Creators Cube. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and strategizing for business growth. This role will involve a mix of on-site work in Mumbai and remote work.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and tech.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships


Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and report key metrics regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Leverage insights to identify new business opportunities.


Networking & Outreach:

  • Represent Creators Cube at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, and CRM software to connect with prospects.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and influencer teams to ensure seamless campaign execution for clients.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to refine service offerings.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
