Location: GurgaonMust have: 4-8 years of FMCG Operations About you: In this HO based role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive Inventory Management for Prasuma's Warehouses across the country. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment of this Demand Plan with both internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes. By proactively identifying and effectively managing exceptions, you will closely monitor inventory at WH's to improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan. This will significantly contribute to the Company's ability to swiftly sense and respond to evolving circumstanceWhat we are looking for:- Previous Role Ownership of Inventory, OTIF, Lead Times and Operation P&L- Must have experience in Demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.- Strong organization skills to demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and projects through significant change management;

process optimization; and standardization/ simplification efforts- Experience leading S&OP processes, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.- Proven track record in leading demand planning, supply planning and/or inventory management to drive sustainable improvement in performance- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trend, and drive strategic decisions - Strong skill in Excel - SAP experience would be preferred- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across departments- A continuous improvement mindset will be required to identify value-add vs. non-value-added measures and activities to optimize resources and decisions- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics and their relationship to S&OP.Key Competencies- You have prior experience in a similar role. - You possess a solid understanding of Inventory & Demand Planning- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.- You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.About Prasuma – Making simple food Extraordinary Prasuma is committed to creating sensational food using the freshest & finest ingredients, cutting edge food technology and raising the quality of food available to consumers here in India.
