Financial Performance: Perform detailed financial analysis, including cost-benefit and profitability. Also, support the finance team in forecasting and budgeting activities for the retail division.5. Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects, such as digital transformation, store optimization or new technology implementation that drive business growth, operational efficiency or customer experience improvement6. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and SWOT analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights in the retail industry.7. Data Analytics: Provide analytical support on strategic decisions, store-sales performance, stores expansion, customer behavior, season planning and customer experience optimization.8. Management Reporting: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards/reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability across different retail channels (EBO, LFS, etc.).9. Participate in review meetings and help prepare minutes and track follow up task.Key Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Technology + MBA from premium B-school
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles with companies having turnover of 500+ crore or consulting companies
- Strong analytical, data modelling, problem-solving skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, time management and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Retail and Garment industry experience preferred.
