You'll learn the ropes of international solar sales by:
- Handling inbound leads and initial conversations via calls, email, live chat, Zoom
- Crafting and sharing basic solar quotes and follow-ups
- Closing opportunities via defined scripts and support workflows
- Logging lead updates and sales activities in CRM under senior guidance
- Participating in training sessions and daily sales huddles
- Educating yourself on solar benefits, rebates, and client pain points
-Fluent in English with excellent communication & persuasion skills
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
-Ability to work in early morning shifts (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST)
-Comfortable with using CRMs, online tools, Zoom, etc.
