We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer (Solar) who can convert technical expertise into business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads in residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar segments.
- Conduct site visits, shadow analysis, and explain technical solutions to clients.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
- Build and maintain strong client & consultant relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and support the company's growth in the solar sector.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Solar EPC sales (freshers with strong passion may also apply).
- Knowledge of solar system design basics (kW sizing, inverter, modules, net metering).
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
