Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with technical expertise to drive business growth in the solar sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar segments by understanding client needs and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, perform technical assessments, and present solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates that meet client expectations and support business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth in the solar sector by identifying new opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Solar EPC sales, or freshers with a strong passion for the industry may also apply.
  • Knowledge of solar system design basics, including kW sizing, inverters, modules, and net metering.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel to various locations to meet client needs.
