Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales – Identify, approach, and build relationships with business clients.
  • Lead Generation – Create and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Field Sales – Visit clients (when required) to present company products and solutions.
  • Deal Closing – Negotiate and finalize sales orders to achieve monthly targets.
  • Daily Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular updates with management.
  • Inverter Sales – Focus on promoting and selling solar inverters and related products.
  • Market Awareness – Stay updated on market rates, competitor activities, and government/industry policies.
  • Customer Follow-up – Ensure timely follow-up for orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation and field sales
  • Ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Knowledge of solar/inverter products will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in Solar/Power/Electrical industry

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time, Work from Home (with field visits as needed)

Salary:

  • As per company norms + Incentives
