Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales – Identify, approach, and build relationships with business clients.
- Lead Generation – Create and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Field Sales – Visit clients (when required) to present company products and solutions.
- Deal Closing – Negotiate and finalize sales orders to achieve monthly targets.
- Daily Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular updates with management.
- Inverter Sales – Focus on promoting and selling solar inverters and related products.
- Market Awareness – Stay updated on market rates, competitor activities, and government/industry policies.
- Customer Follow-up – Ensure timely follow-up for orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and field sales
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Knowledge of solar/inverter products will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting
- Good communication and presentation skills
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in Solar/Power/Electrical industry
Employment Type:
- Full-Time, Work from Home (with field visits as needed)
Salary:
- As per company norms + Incentives
