Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for driving business growth through effective account management and lead generation. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Promote and explain Bajaj Finance products and offerings
- Meet assigned daily and monthly sales targets 
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction  Follow process guidelines and quality parameters
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits..
- A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
