WE ARE HIRING – Reservations Manager -
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservations Manager
to join our team in Goa. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless booking processes and delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely responses.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Monitor occupancy trends and assist in optimizing revenue.
- Implement and maintain reservation systems and procedures.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with booking systems and revenue management is preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary around ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
