Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead guest services and front office operations at a premium eco-luxury resort in North Goa. The role requires expertise in IDS PMS, strong leadership, and a guest-first mindset to ensure exceptional service, efficient operations, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front office operations: reception, reservations, concierge, bell desk.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out, VIP handling, and complaint resolution.
- Use IDS PMS for room allocation, billing, reservations, and guest profiles.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and Engineering for seamless service.
- Monitor and optimize occupancy, ARR, and RevPAR in coordination with Sales & Revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team; manage rosters and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with guest registration requirements, including C-Forms.
- Track guest feedback, online reviews, and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and revenue.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 57 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in luxury resorts/hotels.
- Proficiency in IDS PMS essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Goa hospitality market preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
