Client Strategy & Insights Analyst (Bangalore)

We are seeking a sharp, insights-driven Client Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our high-performance Professional Services team. Based in Bangalore, this role will work closely with senior team members to deliver strategic, data-informed guidance to our enterprise clients across North America and beyond.

As an integral member of our consulting and analytics function, you'll help translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that shape pricing, operations, and competitive strategy for retailers across complex markets. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with a top-tier academic background, strong analytical horsepower, and a passion for storytelling with data.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Insight Development

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of KPIs, competitive dynamics, and behavioral patterns across fuel and retail networks to surface actionable insights for clients.

Scenario Exploration & Simulation Support

  • Assist in the development of pricing simulations and forecasting models to help clients evaluate strategic options, quantify outcomes, and drive informed decisions.

Performance Impact Reviews

  • Analyze historical pricing and operational performance to assess impact, identify missed opportunities, and contribute to evidence-based strategy refinement.

Client-Facing Deliverables

  • Build compelling, executive-ready deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint decks, dashboards, reports) that transform complex analytics into accessible insights.

Market Positioning Support

  • Contribute to the analysis of competitive landscapes, pricing behaviors, and loyalty trends to help clients understand and improve their market stance.

Recurring & Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Support recurring client engagements with structured analytics and contribute to ad hoc requests with speed, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier Indian institution (e.g., IITs or IIMs ) is required
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analytics
  • Fluent and polished English communication skills —both written and verbal—are essential for working with global clients
  • Demonstrated experience conducting advanced Excel analysis; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Strong business intuition and ability to structure analysis around open-ended problems
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for polished client-facing work
