Senior Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or R to extract insights and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses, including segmentation, regression, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
- Lead efforts to improve data quality and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and experimentation techniques (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
