Strategic Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or consulting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and identify opportunities where data-driven insights can impact decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
- Document business requirements, analytical findings, and technical solutions in both Japanese and English.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and professional fluency in English (verbal & written).
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
Benefits:
- Prior experience working with Japanese clients or in the Japan market is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data management and analytics is desirable.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Consulting background with experience in consumer, healthcare industry is an asset.
