About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data-Driven Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in analysing complex datasets and generating actionable insights to inform business strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business growth.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to optimise product performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2C/D2C product startup or a similarly dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with large datasets.
  • User-centric mindset with deep understanding of user behaviour and customer journeys.
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can work independently.
