We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven CPG Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics, with expertise in statistical modeling and commercial analytics. This role focuses on solving business challenges in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Effectiveness, and Pricing Optimization for global consumer goods clients.

This role involves designing and implementing analytics solutions to optimize trade promotions, revenue growth management, and pricing strategies. The successful candidate will use statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and time series analysis to develop models that support key commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement analytics solutions to optimize trade promotions, revenue growth management, and pricing strategies.
  • Use statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and time series analysis to develop models that support key commercial decisions.
  • Work with structured and syndicated data from sources such as POS, Nielsen/IRI, and TPM systems.
  • Develop presentations, interactive dashboards, and reports using Power BI/ Tableau to visualize trends and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams across analytics, data engineering, and domain consulting.
Required Skills:
  • Strong background in data science and analytics, with expertise in statistical modeling and commercial analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
  • Strong data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, finance, and commercial planning in the CPG space.
  • Exposure to syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI is a plus.
