Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel, along with a basic understanding of Python. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Use MS Excel for ad hoc reporting, data validation, and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks and processes using basic Python scripting.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and reports.
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics or interest in learning AI-based tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL (mandatory) for data extraction, joins, subqueries, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with E-commerce industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and charting.
  • Basic understanding of Python for data handling (e.g., pandas, NumPy is a plus).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
