Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data and create comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Partner with various departments and teams to execute projects and tactical tasks efficiently.
  • Present findings, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with teams based in different locations.
  • Exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Independently handle tasks and projects with minimal assistance, taking full ownership.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of judgment and discretion in decision-making and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • 4-6 years of total work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior management and C-level executives.
  • Project management certification is highly desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
