Senior Business Intelligence Leader Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Leader is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of analytics strategies to drive business growth.

This role requires a leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights that inform business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive strategic business outcomes
  • Lead a cross-functional team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy analytics platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate analytics into business operations and decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong background in team management and leadership development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases

Leadership Qualities:

  • Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities, with a strong track record of developing and empowering team members
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
