As a Digital Marketer at Project Nirvana, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and maximize ROI. You will leverage data insights to create high-performing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned, executed, and optimized digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Set up and manage event tracking in Events Manager to measure user interactions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling messaging.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously and optimize them for better performance.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Experience in creating and implementing UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
  • Ability to set up and manage event tracking in Events Manager.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
