Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with around 1-3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who can seamlessly blend website development with marketing strategy - SEO, Content, social media. You will be instrumental in driving our online presence and maintaining our core digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Development -
  • Develop, maintain, and update our primary corporate websites built on the WordPress platform.
  • Manage website hosting, security updates, backups, and minor troubleshooting to ensure uptime.
  • Implement minor design changes and functionality enhancements using relevant WordPress plugins.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for fast load times.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
  • Manage website content structure and SEO factors
  • Content & Social Media Marketing
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, and case studies as required
  • Manage and execute campaigns across key social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Monitor social media engagement and analytics to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns and channel performance.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a hands-on digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience developing, customizing, and managing websites using WordPress.
  • Experience with SEO tools and best practices, resulting in measurable improvements.
  • Managing corporate social media accounts and executing content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
