Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Experience: 3–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Chasing Illusions Studio is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about creating engaging campaigns and driving results, we'd love to hear from you

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.

  2. Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and manage detailed Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

  2. Expertise on Linkedin Sales Navigator and boost organic traffic

  3. Execute and optimize Google Ads and YouTube Ads for maximum reach and ROI.

  4. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify audience trends and growth opportunities.

  5. Drive effective performance marketing strategies with measurable results.

  6. Develop and implement strong SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

  7. Handle multiple client accounts with consistent engagement and content across all pages.

  8. Plan, launch, and monitor 3–4 ad campaigns daily, with timely performance reporting.

  9. Maintain professional communication with clients; prior client-facing experience is an added advantage.

  10. Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth execution and goal alignment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.

  2. Solid knowledge of SEO (SEM, SMO, SMM) best practices and tools like Semrush

  3. Proven track record in digital marketing and ROI-focused campaigns.

  4. Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation

  5. Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM dashboards).

  6. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

  7. Ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts and maintain timelines.

  8. Prior experience in client servicing or account handling.

  9. Strong team coordination and organizational skills.

  10. Creative thinking and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Email/WhatsApp and other channel marketing platforms

  2. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  3. Good command on AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity

  4. Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
