**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Assist in creating social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Support paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (if applicable).
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in social media.

**Requirements**:
**For 1+ Years of Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in managing social media pages for brands or organizations.
- Working knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience in running and optimizing paid social campaigns (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare social media performance reports.
- Proven creativity in content ideation and campaign execution.

**Key Skills**
- Creativity and storytelling ability.
- Basic graphic designing & video editing knowledge.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
