Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both lead research and lead qualification efforts. This role is essential in ensuring leads are accurately sourced, enriched, and validated, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualification:
- 2 to 3 Years of work experience in a similar field.
- Bachelor's in science, BCA, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in lead research, qualification, or similar roles in B2B & B2C environments.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and enriching leads from platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Website Browsing.
- Enrich leads with relevant data points, including company size, industry, and decision-maker information.
- Collaborate with Team to ensure that all enriched leads meet data quality standards.
- Review leads from marketing campaigns to ensure they meet predefined quality criteria before being passed to the sales team.
- Update CRM with new leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide input for lead quality reports and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure continuous improvement in lead qualification and enrichment processes.
- Identify areas for process optimization and suggest improvements.
- Experience with CRM software for managing leads and ensuring data quality.
- Strong ability to validate data and maintain high accuracy in lead information.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and marketing stakeholders.
