Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Lead Generation & SEO Specialist to generate qualified leads through paid ad campaigns and organic search optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running targeted ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) along with strong SEO skills to drive traffic, improve rankings, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate quality leads.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance, lead conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and content to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, website pages, and ad copies.
- Perform competitor analysis, market research, and audience targeting.
- Maintain CRM updates, track lead pipeline, and ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
- Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and paid ads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing (ads + SEO).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Knowledge of keyword research, link-building, and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
