
Sales Lead Generator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Executive to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. The role involves generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and assessing fit for company offerings.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
