Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Executive to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. The role involves generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and assessing fit for company offerings.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
