Refa Chemical Industry , a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning solutions, is seeking a motivated and energetic

B2B Industrial Sales Trainee

to join our dynamic team.

In this program, you will:Gain comprehensive training in B2B sales, specifically for industrial cleaning chemicals.Develop a deep understanding of Refa's product line and its applications within the auto metal component manufacturing industry.Learn the ins and outs of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to relationship building and closing deals (with guidance from senior team members).Work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable mentorship.

Responsibilities:Participate in training programs to learn about industrial cleaning chemicals and the auto component manufacturing industry.Assist the sales team with research, lead generation, and administrative tasks.Attend industry events and network with potential customers (as opportunities arise).Contribute to content marketing efforts (e.g., blog posts) to showcase Refa's expertise (experience a plus).

Qualifications:Recent Bachelor's degree in BBA (Sales & Marketing preferred), BSc Chemistry, Btech Chemical Engineer.Strong interest in B2B industrial sales and a willingness to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location:Noida/Greater Noida based, comfortable commuting to our corporate office in Noida Sector 153.
