Refa Chemical Industry , a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning solutions, is seeking a motivated and energetic B2B Industrial Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team.


In this program, you will:

  • Gain comprehensive training in B2B sales, specifically for industrial cleaning chemicals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Refa's product line and its applications within the auto metal component manufacturing industry.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to relationship building and closing deals (with guidance from senior team members).
  • Work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable mentorship.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to learn about industrial cleaning chemicals and the auto component manufacturing industry.
  • Assist the sales team with research, lead generation, and administrative tasks.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential customers (as opportunities arise).
  • Contribute to content marketing efforts (e.g., blog posts) to showcase Refa's expertise (experience a plus).


Qualifications:

  • Recent Bachelor's degree in BBA (Sales & Marketing preferred), BSc Chemistry, Btech Chemical Engineer.
  • Strong interest in B2B industrial sales and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Location:

  • Noida/Greater Noida based, comfortable commuting to our corporate office in Noida Sector 153.
