Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele sales and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They should also be familiar with the financial industry, able to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Conduct tele sales activities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products and financial solutions.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the financial industry.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and client acquisition processes.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial or loan industry.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of the financial sector and loan products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial planning or banking will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
