Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the auto spoke sector, promoting automotive parts, accessories, or services to clients, dealers, workshops, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the automobile industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell auto spoke products (e.g., spare parts, wheels, accessories, tools, or services) to clients, retailers, workshops, and dealers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.
  • Execute field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads and close sales.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events when required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, spare parts marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, or the vehicle service industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to travel locally or regionally for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or dealership networks.
  • Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
