Sales & Marketing Executive

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through online research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
- **Client Meetings & Presentations**: Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person meetings to present company products/services and convert leads into clients.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a structured database of prospects, track progress, and follow up systematically.
- **Market Research**: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to refine lead generation and sales strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets, lead generation quotas, and conversion goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **lead generation, cold calling, or sales.**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Experience in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
