Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Prepare and send accurate proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and generate leads
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand network
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts to the sales manager
  • Support in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth post-sale transition to the operations team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
